Lily has approached her TWO month mark! She is growing and changing in many ways!! It is so fun to watch her do new things and to watch her interact more and more with her big brother, Luke! Do you recall, the cutest reindeer of all? LILY, the cutest reindeer...this Christmas song will now be in your head and you can thank me later for that! haha! Here is what our reindeer enjoys doing these days:
- loves to smile and has the most contagious one EVER!!
- loves to coo A LOT
- likes her car seat a bit more than before
- likes it when we turn corners in the car, but does NOT like when we have to stop at all
- loves tummy time-you GO girl
- loves to dress up for anything and EVERYTHING-well that is because mom loves dressing her
- GREAT sleeper at night-thank you Lily!!
- loves bath time
We are so happy to celebrate Lily's FIRST Christmas in just a few days!! Christmas is so much better with children and we know that it will be a very special one this year! Can't wait to see what Santa will bring for Lily and Luke!!
Lily is ONE month old!! We are starting the Beary first Year with her to watch her grow each month!! Here is a little info to get to know our Lily better!
- loves to be swaddled and rocked to sleep
- loves to smile when waking up in the morning and after nursing
- loves to be in her swing
- loves lights and fans
- loves watching Luke playing with his toys
- very alert

One of the many and great things that I am MOST thankful for this year is Lily. I have always wanted to have a girl to dress up and do girly things with. I love putting bows in her hair and having a constant battle of what to dress her in because we have TOO many cute outfits to choose from. I love how she and Luke look at each other, forever friends they will be!! I love how she has Kyle wrapped around her finger already. I am so thankful that Heavenly Father sent Lily to our family because I can't imagine my life without her now!
Dear Luke,
You are now 16 months!! You have changed so much these last few months. I love your personality for the positive perspective you have on life. You are so full of energy and it is so fun to watch you walk and be the boy you love being!! I love the way you rock out on your drums and the spikes that go right along with being a rock star. I love the smile you give me when I come get you in your crib after sleeping 12 hours!! I love how each morning is the best morning with you!! After waking up and coming into bed with papa, Lily, and I how we love to talk and play. I love the way you look at Lily and your toy frog Tad, for the way you hug them. I know they are special to you! I love the way you scream when you are excited about something, especially the swings at the park! I love that you enjoy being in the car and love to look out your window and see birds fly by and imagine playing with them. You are very observant! I LOVE YOU just the way you are. I know you will continue to change, but I will always cherish this time we have you while still so small. You are a piece of heaven for me!!
Lily's first Christmas in her new pajamas!
Christmas 2009: It was a very memorable Christmas! We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day with Kyle's family!! Unfortunately I was horrible at taking pictures this holiday and these were the only ones I have! We went to the beach on Christmas day, a family tradition, which was awesome. We even had a Christmas miracle; Luke for several months now has always had to hold onto something or someone to walk, and on Christmas Eve he finally started walking by himself. It's almost as if he was waiting until he had a big audience to show us all that he could do it. Thanks to all who were there rooting him on.
